We deliver within Germany, the European Union, and Switzerland.

We provide free shipping within Germany.

We deliver our goods throughout Europe and to Switzerland for a flat shipping rate of €9.95.

The current delivery time is:

within Germany 2 – 3 working days
for international deliveries 3 – 7 working days

after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Should the shoes not fit as desired, or if we have failed to meet your expectations for any other reason, a return is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Notes on the return procedure:

1. Returns within Germany are free of charge, with the exception of discounted items.

2. Please send the return form to us via email, including the reason for the return.

3. We will send you a return slip via email, which you can print out and stick onto the original shipping box, or DHL will create the return label for you.

4. Place the unworn and undamaged shoes back into the original box and the shipping carton; the package is now ready for shipment.
Note: In the event of a deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the loss of value.

5. As soon as the package has arrived at our facility, we will process your return and refund your payment. The credit for the purchase amount will be issued via the payment method used for the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs for discounted items. We recommend using an insured shipping method. Please keep your proof of postage with the tracking number for your return as a precaution.

For an exchange, please place a new order and return the shoes that do not fit to us as described in the return instructions.
